Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and positive customer experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to support performance and professional growth.
- Effectively manage labour by directing floor operations and optimizing staffing levels.
- Monitor and control food and paper costs while minimizing waste.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards,
and health and safety regulations.
Availability
This position is primarily focused on afternoon and evening operations. Flexibility is required, as work schedules may vary based on business needs while supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (45 lbs).
- Ability to assist with receiving and organizing large deliveries.
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments, including freezers, refrigerators, and areas near ovens and other hot equipment.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet operational deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
