We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily restaurant operations and team leadership.
- Coach, train, and develop Front of House team members.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns.
- Support scheduling, inventory, food safety, and labour management.
- Help achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Maintain Brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain).
