About the Opportunity

Our client is an established Canadian manufacturer serving customers across North America within the sports apparel industry. They are seeking a motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to manage an existing Quebec customer base while identifying opportunities to grow new business.

This role is ideal for a sales skilled who enjoys relationship building, consultative selling, and working within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts.

Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.

Prospect for new business through outbound calling, referrals, and market research.

Prepare quotations and recommend customized product solutions.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Update CRM records, forecasts, and customer activity.

Coordinate with customer service, production, design, and shipping teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities for expansion.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

*
1-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales.

*
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).

*
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

*
Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities.

Comfortable working toward sales targets.

*
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
