Right at Home Halton is looking for experienced Personal Support Workers to add to our team of exceptional caregivers in Hamilton East & Stoney Creek area.

Immediate opening -

- Day, afternoon and evening shifts available.

- Must be available on weekends.

***Alzheimer's and Dementia trained preferred**

Candidates Require:

- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate/equivalent

- Valid First Aid and CPR

- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Car is an asset

- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) certification is an asset.
