What You'll Do

- Negotiate offers and contracts while protecting your clients' best interests.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
- Create and execute marketing strategies for listings using digital and social media platforms.
- Manage your pipeline, appointments, contracts, and documentation efficiently.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and industry changes to provide expert guidance.
- Prospect for new business and convert opportunities into lifelong clients.
