- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Bashaw, Alberta

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Support pharmacists with prescription preparation, labeling, and packaging under supervision.
- Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy management system.
- Count, measure, and package medications with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process insurance claims and assist with prescription transfers.
- Receive medication deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide outstanding patient care.

Qualifications





- Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Completion of a Pharmacy Assistant program is an asset.
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
