THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Full Time Customer Care Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things customer care and will assist with overseeing daily operations, including cash handling, training and developing team members, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring proper signage and cleanliness

Supervise cashiers to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead store closing and opening procedures, including till reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including returns and complaints.
- Assist in managing, motivating, training and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily Customer Care team member schedules and breaks.
- Maintain store and display signage to set standards.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- One year of retail supervisory experience in a grocery, food specialty or front end environment preferred.
- A passion for providing superior customer care and sharing produce knowledge.
- A positive attitude and the desire to lead and motivate a team.
- The physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50lbs repeatedly.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- The availability to work full time, 40 hours weekly for various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
