Front Desk & Sales Associate

Champion Gym – Grande Prairie, AB

Champion Gym is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our team!

If you love working with people, enjoy being around kids, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and aren't afraid to take initiative, we'd love to meet you.

This position includes early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts, depending on our schedule.

What You'll Do

- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Build relationships with families and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer questions about our programs and confidently sell memberships and class registrations.
- Process member check-ins and assist with front desk operations.
- Keep the facility exceptionally clean, organized, and welcoming throughout every shift.
- Take initiative by identifying tasks that need to be done without being asked.
- Help create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and families.
- Assist with events, promotions, and day-to-day gym operations.
- Complete administrative duties as required.

- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Has sales experience or enjoys helping people find the right program for their needs.
- Loves working with children and is patient, energetic, and encouraging.
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Is self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision.




- Is detail-oriented and enjoys keeping a clean, organized environment.
- Has an athletic background or a passion for fitness, martial arts, or healthy living.
- Learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Always puts safety first, especially when working around children.
- Is willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.

Bonus Qualifications

- Level 1 or Level 2 Early Childhood Education is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in a gym, recreation facility, childcare, retail sales, or customer service is an asset.
