Job Overview: The Regional Sales Manager – Canada is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across Canada by managing and developing channel partners, key accounts, and strategic opportunities for multiple Ingersoll Rand compression and flow technology brands, including SEEPEX (progressive cavity pumps), Haskel (high?pressure pumps and gas boosters), and BuTech (Valves & Components). This is a highly autonomous, individual?contributor role requiring strong technical aptitude, consultative selling skills, and the ability to represent multiple complementary technologies to distributors, OEMs, and end users. The role involves significant travel and close collaboration with internal sales, application engineering, and operations teams. Responsibilities:

- Own and grow channel partner and distributor relationships across Canada for SEEPEX, Haskel, and BuTech product lines.
- Serve as the primary commercial and technical liaison between customers, channel partners, and internal sales, engineering, and operations teams
- Achieve or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets across assigned brands and market segments
- Provide technical application support and solution development for pumping, high?pressure liquid, and gas handling systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution
- Conduct product presentations, technical training, and sales meetings for distributors, OEMs, and end users
- Identify and develop new market opportunities,



including cross?selling and multi?brand solutions
- Actively manage the sales funnel, maintain CRM accuracy, and provide reliable sales forecasts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of field sales experience in industrial or technically complex products
- Must reside in Canada and be able to travel extensively within the territory
- Prior experience selling, supporting, or applying industrial pumping, fluid handling, or pressure systems
- Working knowledge of pump fundamentals (applications, sizing, performance, and materials) and/or high?pressure fluid or gas systems
- Experience working with distributors, OEMs, engineers, and end users in technical and commercial discussions

Core Competencies:

- Robust problem?solving and analytical skills; comfortable navigating multi?discipline technical discussions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non?technical audiences
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, field?based role with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing multiple brands, opportunities, and priorities
- Commercial mindset with a focus on value?based, solution?oriented selling

Preferences:

- Degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field
- Prior exposure to application?driven, engineered?to?order, or highly technical sales environments
- Experience managing or expanding multi?brand or multi?technology portfolios

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

- This position is fully remote and requires approximately 60–75% travel across Canada
- Travel will include customer sites, distributor locations, and occasional internal meetings or industry events
- A car allowance is provided (per company policy)
- Candidates must be able to travel by car and air as required to support customers and channel partners

Pay Range: SIP Eligible Role:




The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $90,000 – $115,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Hired applicants will be eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan with a target incentive of approximately 30% of base salary.
