Change Manager (Affinity Insurance)

What is in it for you:

- Salaried: $36-41 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate: $42-48 per hour.
- 7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
- On-site presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end change management activities for the transformation program.
- Develop and execute change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
- Assess change impacts across front-line users, operations, and leadership levels.
- Anticipate resistance and design mitigation strategies.
- Partner with program and project managers to integrate change activities into project plans.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness across workstreams.
- Support governance forums with clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, delivery plans, and user experience goals.
- Champion a holistic end-to-end user experience across customer-facing and internal processes.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure changes are intuitive, usable, and adoptable.
- Translate complex process or system changes into user-centered narratives and enablement materials.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision forums.
- Influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, proficiency, engagement, and value realization.




- Gather feedback and insights to refine the change approach continuously.
- Ensure transition plans are in place to support post-implementation sustainability.

What you will need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management within large, complex initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs, including business, technology, operating model, or digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting front-to-back user experiences spanning customer, operational, and internal users.
- Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or transformation-led setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Strong change leadership capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate across strategy and execution.
- Ability to build relationships with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Background in project management within non-technical initiatives.
