Gym Membership Specialist - Evenings 4-7pm and Saturdays 830am-12pm

Description:

Be the welcoming face of our gym, greeting members and guests with enthusiasm.

Process memberships, including sign-ups, renewals, and payments.

Answer phone calls and inquiries about memberships, classes, and gym facilities.

Schedule appointments for personal training sessions or fitness consultations.

Monitor client emails and gym software.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Promote gym services and memberships to potential members.

Assist with gym tours and answer questions about equipment and classes.

Resolve member concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service experience.

Basic computer proficiency.

Fitness enthusiast a plus.

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
