Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care and comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Take and process digital dental radiographs (X-rays) while following all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative instructions.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments in accordance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
certification required.
- CDAAC certification preferred.
- Experience using Tracker dental software is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care.
