Window Film & Surface Protection Installer

Training Provided

We are hiring a motivated installer to join our growing premium protective film business in the Vancouver market.

RCS Vancouver specializes in high-end surface protection solutions for residential and commercial properties, including PROSHIELD protective film for natural-stone countertops, architectural window tint, privacy film, and security film.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in developing a specialized installation skill. Previous experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

- Install protective film on natural-stone countertops, windows, glass, and other surfaces
- Assist with surface preparation, cleaning, measuring, cutting, and installation
- Work on residential, commercial, and luxury projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
- Help protect premium surfaces such as marble, quartzite, glass, and architectural finishes
- Inspect completed installations for cleanliness, accuracy, and overall quality
- Handle materials and tools carefully while minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled job site
- Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
- Work with patience, precision, and strong attention to detail
- Represent RCS professionally while working in clients' homes, offices, hotels, and commercial properties
- Communicate respectfully with customers, contractors, designers, and other trades
- Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining installation equipment and materials

What We're Looking For

- No previous film installation experience is required




- Experience with window tint, paint-protection film, vinyl wrapping, automotive detailing, construction, glass, stone, cabinetry, or another skilled trade is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Good hand skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, respectful, and professional
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing hands-on installation work
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders
- Able to work carefully around expensive surfaces and inside finished homes
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation

- Suggested pay range: $22–$32 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability
- Paid hands on training provided
- Regular opportunities for wage reviews as skills and responsibilities increase

Work Location

This is a field-based position serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Work locations will vary depending on scheduled projects.
