Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient and test information into the laboratory information system

• Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

• Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing or incomplete information

• Assist with data entry for research projects and quality control purposes





• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent typing and data entry skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

• Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Robust communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
