We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter/Framer to join our growing team. If you are a skilled carpenter with leadership abilities, take pride in delivering top-quality results, and enjoy mentoring and managing a team, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate experience in exterior framing, rot repair, and balcony/deck restoration.

· Perform general renovation tasks, including but not limited to:

- Demolition and disposal
- Framing
- Trim/finish carpentry
- Drywall boarding, taping, and mudding
- Exterior Framing
- Rot repair
- Balcony/deck restoration

· Coordinate on-site construction activities with crews and subcontractors.

· Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure safe work procedures are understood and consistently followed.

· Implement and uphold NB Benny's safety programs on job sites.

· Collaborate with the NB Benny’s team, engineers, designers, and inspectors to meet project requirements and standards.





· Complete all necessary daily paperwork promptly and accurately on company software

· Understand and follow site productivity goals and project schedules..

· Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of renovation and exterior restoration processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
