Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and be able to engage effectively with customers in a retail environment. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Engage in technology sales by effectively communicating product knowledge and upselling when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.




- Exhibit professionalism through phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly in technology-related products.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently.
- Proven time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A keen interest in learning about new products and technologies to enhance sales efforts.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
