Job Summary:

Motor Hub Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash, dry, and vacuum customer and dealership vehicles inside and out

- Perform basic detailing tasks including polishing, buffing, waxing, and interior shampooing

- Operate cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area and surrounding workspaces

- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to supervisors

- Assist in vehicle movement within the lot as needed

- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude

- Vehicle snow removal

- Take website photos

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred





- Previous experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is an asset but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work minimal evenings and weekends

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Physically fit and able to work on your feet, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
