Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional weekend availability may be required)
Hourly Wage: $16.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Do you love baking, desserts, and providing exceptional customer service? Are you able to connect with customers with care, empathy and a drive for them to succeed?

As a Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the products, support, and service they need. This position combines customer service, order processing, warehouse responsibilities, and teamwork to create an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work closely with our sales, purchasing team while helping customers by phone, email, and in person.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Process customer orders by phone, email, and online.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping.




- Recommend suitable product substitutions when items are unavailable.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and credits.
- Build strong relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, shortages, and delivery updates.
- Provide product information, including nutritional details and specifications.
- Review orders for accuracy and follow up as required.

Warehouse Duties

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts.
- Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments with courier companies.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.

Administrative Duties

- Email invoices and process basic reports.
- Assist with order tracking and shipping documentation.
- Use company software and online platforms to complete daily tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and assist with onboarding new team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent. Ideal but not required.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Previous baking, pastry, cake decorating, or food industry experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Teams
- QuickBooks
- WooCommerce (an asset)
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- CSA-approved safety shoes required.
- Reliable transportation to our Calgary location.
