cities across Canada.

Job Duties

 Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant.

 Monitor daily sales, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses to maximize

profitability.

 Prepare and manage restaurant operating budgets.

 Coordinate dining room and kitchen operations to ensure smooth and timely food service.

 Develop employee work schedules based on business demands and labour budgets.

 Conduct performance reviews and recommend promotions, disciplinary actions, or additional

training when necessary.

 Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.





 Order supplies from approved vendors while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

 Ensure compliance with Alberta Employment Standards, Occupational Health and Safety

(OHS), liquor licensing regulations, and all applicable legislation.

 Conduct regular meetings with Dining Supervisors and Kitchen Supervisors to review

operational performance, staffing needs, service quality, and business objectives.

 Report directly to the Director regarding restaurant operations, financial performance, staffing

requirements, customer feedback, and operational improvements.

 Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the Director and recommend corrective

actions to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
