We are a growing virtual women's health clinic specializing in personalized hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause. We build individualized treatment plans around each patient's symptoms, health profile, and goals - care that is still hard to find in Canada - and deliver it entirely online.

We're expanding our NP team nationwide and want practitioners who combine real HRT expertise with warm, education-first virtual care.

What You'll Do

- Assess, prescribe, and manage hormone therapy for perimenopausal and menopausal patients through virtual visits.
- Interpret labs and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with structured follow-up.
- Educate patients on their options and guide shared decisions.

You Have

- Active NP registration in good standing in at least one Canadian province, with independent prescribing authority.
- Hands-on experience managing menopause and hormone replacement therapy.




- Comfort delivering complete episodes of care virtually.
- Professional liability protection covering independent virtual practice.
