We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bulldozers, or excavators (training provided)
- Perform paving tasks and assist with laying asphalt or concrete surfaces
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools for various construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team members in moving materials, setting up scaffolding, and other site activities
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed for projects
Skills
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively (training available)
- Knowledge of paving techniques is a plus
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments
