Job Overview The SPEEDWASH SITE MANAGER COLWOOD is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations at our car wash location in Colwood. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the car wash site to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and safe for customers and staff.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow to optimize efficiency during shifts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and guest satisfaction.




- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Training staff on our products and services.
- Previous experience in a carwash setting is an asset.
- Basic mechanical/technical experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience

- Prior experience managing a carwash is highly desirable.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, and other payment/promotion systems preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous management experience in a retail or service setting.

This position is integral to delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency at our Colwood location. We seek dedicated individuals who are passionate about service excellence and team leadership to join our team. Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
