Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure orders are finished according to shipping schedules.
- Work with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack to load, unload transport, and store goods.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the Shipping Supervisor.
- Prepare, package, and label goods for shipment as required.
- Get ingredients ready for bakers.
- Do prep for day's production.
- Organize the shipping/receiving areas.
- Record shipping and receiving information accurately into inventory systems.
- Unload pallets and stock shelves.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.

Requirements:

- Previous working experience with operating power jack and forklift.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse in shipping.
- Must be able to work a versatile shift, including weekends and early morning.
- Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 20 kgs) and work in the freezer for long periods.
- Good communication skills (ability to read, write and understand English well).
- Quick learner, reliable, able to follow direction.
