This is a full-time Back of House Manager position at Brodeur's Bistro located in Langley, BC. The Back of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including safely receiving, storing & rotating product, efficient production, product quality & presentation, staff management & scheduling, ordering & inventory tracking, cost controls and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for all staff & guests.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Experience in food production, staff management, inventory tracking and cost controls
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid Food Safe
