Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist

Location: 1FACE SKIN CLINIC – Stouffville, ON

Job Type: Part-Time

Work days: Thursday 11am-7pm & Saturday 10am-4pm.

We are looking for an organized, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist to become an important part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, confirmations, return visit reminders, and follow-ups, using JaneApp.
- Answer phone calls and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with client check-in/check-out, payments, and retail product sales.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception area.
- Support the team with administrative duties and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Assist with social media tasks, including Instagram Stories, content posting, and engagement.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding client experience.
- Be willing to help with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Previous experience using JaneApp is required.




- Previous reception or administrative experience in a medical aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical clinic setting is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Comfortable answering phones and booking appointments in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic social media experience and comfortable on camera. Instagram is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
