Home Coffee Solutions is a fast-growing specialty coffee retailer operating a high-volume e-commerce platform and retail showroom. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and support multi-channel fulfillment including e-commerce and Amazon orders.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment managing a diverse inventory including espresso machines, coffee equipment, coffee beans, and parts.

What You’ll Do

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Plan and oversee logistics across e-commerce, retail showroom, and Amazon fulfillment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, suppliers, and LTL freight brokers
- Manage SKU creation, bin management, and inventory control systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy across 1,000+ SKUs
- Prepare operational reports and recommend workflow improvements
- Train, schedule, and support warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards




- Act as company representative when communicating with vendors and select B2B clients

What You Bring

- 2–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume e-commerce and retail showroom environment
- Strong understanding of multi-channel fulfillment and inventory systems
- Knowledge of tariff classification and HS codes
- Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and freight providers
- Experience fulfilling Amazon marketplace orders is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Interest or experience with espresso machines and specialty coffee equipment
