About Us:
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an on-site Network Support Specialist (Level 2) with valid NATO Secret Clearance for our client.

Position Summary:
The Network Support Specialist provides operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure within the client environment.

The role focuses on network troubleshooting, operational maintenance, and implementation of approved configuration changes across secure network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls across distributed networks
- Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues
- Analyze routing problems involving OSPF and BGP protocols
- Support VLAN segmentation, ACL configuration, and IP subnetting
- Perform incident triage and ticket management for network events
- Implement approved network configuration changes through formal change management
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure installations
- Assist with hardware installation, racking, labeling, and configuration of network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and network device performance issues




- Document troubleshooting procedures, network configurations, and operational changes

Required Qualifications

- Valid NATO Secret Clearance
- Minimum 5 years enterprise network experience
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience supporting large distributed network environments

Compensation
Salary Range: $75.00 – $90.00 per hour
