We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts & Service Counter professional to join our team.

-Managing parts inventory

-Assisting customers

- Supporting Service operations within a dealership

- Need strong organizational skills & Mechanical knowledge

- Have Car Dealership Experience

Responsibilities

- Assist customers at the Parts and Service counter by providing knowledgeable support and product recommendations
- Manage Inventory levels - Data entry, and Track Parts
- Process Parts Orders both at Parts Counter and for Service Repair Orders & Shop
- Source parts from Suppliers, Negotiate Pricing, and maintain Supplier relationships to control Department Costs
- Support the supply chain process by coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, part numbers, and customer interactions




- Support Service Technicians by providing necessary Parts quickly and efficiently
- Assist with sourcing new suppliers or alternative parts to improve cost-effectiveness and availability
- Check in Service Customers
- Colaborate with Technicians and Update Customers on Repairs
- Previous Dealership experience
- Mechanical knowledge related to Automotive is Required
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Very Strong ability to Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- POSITIVE, HAPPY ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP IN ALL AREAS A MUST

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
