Where You’ll Add Value

We are looking for a Student Intern to join our Property Management team at 35 Thorncliffe Park Dr, East York, ON M4H 1J3.

How You’ll Make a Difference

- Assist with conducting apartment showings and responding to leasing inquiries

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and tenant files

- Prepare leasing documents, notices, and general correspondence

- Manage scheduling for showings, and appointments





- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks

Hourly Wage: $18.00-$20.00/hr.
