We are an Indigenous Company, with our head office in Cold Lake First Nation across from Casino Dene and sub office in Enoch Cree Nation in front of River Cree Casino.
- Remote camps in Christina Lake (north of Lac La Biche) and Cold Lake Air Weapons Range (north of Cold Lake)
- Transportation provided to and from camps; pick up points in Edmonton and Cold Lake
Baker Position:
- Rotation can be up to 24 days at a time -12 hours per day (overtime rate paid after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Manage the bakery operations including food preparation, cleaning schedules, safety, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure all food products served to the client meet or exceed their expectations
- Bake items such as breads, rolls, bus, cookies, pastries, muffins etc.
- Perform all other duties when asked to assure the smooth running of the operation.

Pay: Up to $300.00 per day
Experience:
- Baking: 2 years (preferred)
- working in a similar baking/catering high volume position: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safety Certification and First-Aid (preferred)
