Definitive! Automotive Detailing is looking for mature, dependable, highly motivated & detail-oriented Automotive Detailers with a hawk eye for attention to join our growing team.

The successful candidates will help deliver our Definitive! Difference by treating every vehicle with precision, protection, peace of mind, & professionalism.

Experience is an asset but is not required—We provide hands-on training to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude & willingness to learn. Your mentality, level of care, can & will do attitude will have you earning shifts consistently while we train you with our policies, prodcedures, & protocols through-out detailing sessions.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position suited for mature individuals who take pride in this industries craft, accept constructive feedback, & remain focused on assuring the enviornment is upheld to our Definitive! Standard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Complete interior & exterior automotive detailing services
- Vacuum, shampoo, steam-clean, extract carpets, upholstery & floor mats
- Clean dashboards, consoles, vents, door panels, windows, trunks & all other interior surfaces
- Wash, decontaminate, dry & protect exterior painted surfaces
- Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, trim panels, glass, & exterior components
- Safely operate pressure washers, steam cleaners, extractors, polishers, air tools & detailing equipment before, during, & after each session to maintain a clean work environment
- Apply waxes, sealants, dressings & approved vehicle-protection products as needed
- Inspect & provide quality assurance to all completed vehicles for missed areas, streaks, damage or quality concerns
- Follow service checklists, quality-control procedures & Team Lead instructions
- Document vehicle conditions using required photographs & videos
- Maintain a clean, safe & organized work enviornment
- Properly dilute, label, store & handle detailing chemicals
- Assist with mobile detailing appointments when scheduled
- Protect client property, personal belongings, & immediately report pre-existing damage or operational concerns to Manager on shift.




- Support teammates to keep vehicle appointments on schedule, assuring clients receive their vehicles within a timely manner (According to package selections)
- Consistently deliver professional guest service to every Definitive! Client

Required Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver’s licence
- Dependable, reliable, transparent attendance & consistent availability
- Solid, hawk-eye attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists & safety procedures
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working around water, chemical cleaning products & detailing equipment
- Able to remain active for extended periods & perform repetitive detailing tasks
- Willingness to be flexible working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends & longer shifts when needed would be greatly appreciated
- Consistent, reliable transportation to the workplace
- Qualified references
- Criminal record check will be required as a condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous automotive detailing, cleaning or vehicle &/ or guest service experience
- Experience using steam cleaners, extractors, pressure washers &/ or machine polishers
- Basic understanding of automotive interiors, paintwork & vehicle-care products
- Customer-service experience
- Leadership or team-supervision experience
- Clean driving record
- Social media content

Schedule

- Full-time availability HIGHLY PREFERRED/ SOUGHT AFTER.
- Day, evening & weekend shifts available
- Typical shifts may range from approximately 6–12 hours per day (Depending on volume of vehicles scheduled any given day)
- Longer shifts may occasionally be available based on appointment volume & operational requirements
- Scheduling may vary according to weather,



cancellations & client demand. Owner/ Operator will always make an effort to assure successfully chosen candidate(s) receive hours on days weather, cancellation, & lack of client demand
