As a Commercial Janitorial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential commercial clients, and helping businesses find reliable cleaning solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential commercial clients
- Conduct in-person visits to offices, clinics, retail stores, warehouses, strata properties, educational facilities, and industrial businesses
- Generate and qualify recent leads
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, office managers, and facility managers
- Introduce Maid It Go's janitorial and commercial cleaning services
- Schedule site visits and estimate appointments
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door and business-to-business sales
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude
- Reliable transportation is an asset
