- Incorporate RFIs, addenda, and clarifications into final submissions
- Lead bid closings and prepare complete tender packages
- Support design development and value engineering initiatives
- Assist with project handoff and budget alignment

- Contribute to continuous improvement and estimating best practices

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating/take-off software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and contracts (e.g., CCDC)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Why Join Us?

- Work on a variety of commercial and institutional projects
- Collaborative preconstruction and project delivery teams

- Involvement in meaningful, high-impact projects
- Supportive setting focused on accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement
