As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and promoting products in a retail environment. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be key to ensuring a smooth operation within the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about our products
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
- Familiarity with our products is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
