We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Store Support Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business.

About the Role:

As our Store Support Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include receiving inventory, preparing online orders, organizing stock, maintaining a clean and productive workspace, and supporting a variety of operational and administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in doing things well, and is interested in learning how a growing retail and e-commerce business operates. As you develop in the role, there will be opportunities to learn additional responsibilities and contribute to new operational projects.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, pack, and ship online customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Restock products, shipping supplies, and backstock
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Support product updates and administrative tasks in Shopify
- Help maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Assist with purchasing, vendor, and other operational projects as needed
- Keep the operations, inventory, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Complete regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, garbage and recycling, washroom upkeep, and other housekeeping duties
- Provide general support to the Operations team as business needs evolve




- Floor coverage - All Green Kiss team members are cross-trained to our Retail Educator baseline (product knowledge, POS, and customer service fundamentals) so we can cover the sales floor when a team member is unexpectedly unavailable. Floor coverage is an expectation of every role here, regardless of title. Full training is provided before anyone works the floor independently. For this role, floor coverage is occasional and for emergencies. It is not the main part of the job.

Dress Code Requirements: You may be asked to step onto the sales floor at any point in your shift to restock, or complete other tasks, so please come dressed to greet a customer, in something you can also comfortably move and work in.

- Neat, clean, casual clothing in good condition. Plain, dark colours work best.
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
- No large logos, competing beauty brands, or ripped or worn-out clothing.
- Cleaning tasks are light, such as sweeping, dusting, wiping counters and testers, and tidying, so no special work clothes or change of clothes are needed.

Previous experience in retail, inventory, warehouse, administration,



Shopify, or operations is considered an asset, but is not required.

Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, lifting boxes (up to approximately 30 lbs), moving inventory, and performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the day.
