Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver comprehensive French language lessons tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Create engaging instructional materials, including multimedia resources and exercises.
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster an inclusive classroom workplace that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring special education support.
- Maintain organized records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum effectiveness and participate in professional development activities.
- Support students through tutoring sessions or additional assistance outside regular class hours as needed.





Skills

- Proven classroom experience with effective teaching methods for language instruction.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students.
- Excellent writing skills for creating lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Attention to detail with proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all educational content.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing lesson schedules, student records, and classroom resources.
- Experience with tutoring students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
