About the Role

This is not a typical barista position.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a shift-based role—someone who is interested in running a café, with the potential to grow into a future ownership or franchise opportunity.

This location operates in a skilled medical building environment, serving a consistent weekday customer base. The role requires someone who is confident working independently, managing all aspects of daily operations, and delivering a high-quality coffee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Dialing in espresso and preparing high-quality third-wave coffee beverages
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the café independently
- Preparing light food offerings (sandwiches, soups, salads)
- Opening and closing the café
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards




- Managing inventory levels and communicating restocking needs
- Providing friendly, efficient service to a regular customer base

What We’re Looking For

- Strong coffee experience (required)
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of a space
- Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
- Basic kitchen / food prep experience (sandwiches, soups, salads)
- Reliable, organized, and self-directed
- Someone who takes pride in their work and environment
- Interest in growing into a leadership or ownership role is a major asset
