Life Insurance Advisor / Financial Services Representative Job Summary

In this role, you will educate clients on financial protection strategies, help them choose insurance solutions that fit their needs, and build long-term relationships. This position offers flexible scheduling, performance-based compensation, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

- Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Educate clients about life insurance and other financial protection options.
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on each client's situation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Complete applications accurately and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.




- Work toward individual sales goals and team objectives.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (college or university is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Willingness to obtain the required life insurance licence (licensing support available, if offered).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: Performance-based commission

Schedule: Flexible

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
