WE'RE HIRING – CUSTOM FABRICATOR

Dream Ironwork is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Custom Fabricator to join our team!

This is not a production line position. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to build high-quality custom products from start to finish. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving fabrication challenges, and taking pride in your craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

### What You'll Do
As a Custom Fabricator, you'll be responsible for reading drawings and blueprints and transforming them into finished products. You'll fabricate a wide variety of custom ironwork, including gates, railings, fences, architectural features, and other one-of-a-kind projects built to customer specifications.

### Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
Experience fabricating custom steel and wrought iron products
Welding experience is considered a strong asset
Reliable transportation is required




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

### What We Offer

- Starting wage: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Opportunity to work on unique custom projects rather than repetitive production work
