About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other administrative accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices and reconcile customer accounts
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software
- Assist with payroll processing, as required
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support quarter-end and year-end closing procedures




- Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Certificate, diploma, or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Sage50 accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
