Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable equipment operators to join our civil construction team. If you are safety-focused, hardworking and experienced in heavy equipment operation, we want to hear from you.

Available Positions

- Rock Truck Driver
- Packer Operator

Responsibilities

Rock Truck Driver

- Safely operate a 30-ton articulated rock truck
- Haul and dump materials as directed




- Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
- Work closely with supervisors and other operators
- Follow all site safety procedures

Packer Operator

- Operate compaction equipment to achieve required densities
- Perform compaction work for road building, site preparation, and civil projects
- Follow site specifications and grade requirements
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with crew members on-site

General Requirements (Both Positions)

- Proven experience operating relevant heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
- Ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to work well within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- CSTS 2020 and other safety certifications
- Experience in roadwork, site preparation, or heavy civil construction
- Mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance and trouble shooting.
