Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and a Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role involves preparing and presenting dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver delicious meals efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety




- Restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures related to health, safety, and sanitation

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
