Stuffy Riders is looking for a organized, business-savvy, and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team at CF Lime Ridge Mall! In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team of attendants, and take ownership of store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Staff Management & Leadership

- Recruit, Train, & Coach: Onboard and mentor Stuffy Rider Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service and follow all safety/cleaning protocols.
- Scheduling: Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on coverage needs
- Performance & Accountability: Drive team performance, foster a positive culture, and handle shift coverage when necessary.

2. Financial Management & Sales

- Sales Driving: Track daily sales metrics and implement strategies to boost rentals and maximize store revenue.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash handling, till balancing, biweekly bank deposits, and sales reporting.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor animal condition, track inventory levels for supplies, and manage operational expenses efficiently.

3. Store Operations & Customer Experience





- Maintain store presentation, ensuring the storefront and animals are clean, sanitized, fully operational, and inviting.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries or equipment troubleshooting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Mall Management and Stuffy Riders corporate management.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1–2+ years of retail supervisory or management experience preferred (experience with POS systems required).
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage team dynamics, and lead by example.
- Financial Acumen: Comfortable handling cash management, reading basic sales reports, and controlling operational costs.
- Flexibility: Open availability to work flexible shifts during mall operating hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
- Family-Friendly Energy: Approachable, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-energy, kid-friendly environment.

Mall Operating Hours (For Scheduling Context)

- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Training

- August 21 - 28th

Pay: $19.36 per hour
