Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of the

SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end implementation experience, deep knowledge of employee benefits administration, and expertise integrating Perks with the broader SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the

Benefits Module Stream Lead

, owning the Benefits workstream throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct design workshops, manage client stakeholders, and collaborate with the overall HR Transformation Lead.

- Develop, maintain, and own

Benefits design and configuration workbooks

, guiding client teams on processes and best practices.

- Manage and coordinate offshore support and configuration resources.

- Lead end-to-end implementation, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.

- Design and support integrations between

SuccessFactors Benefits

,

Employee Central

,

Payroll

,

Time Management

, and third-party benefits providers.

- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Benefits solutions aligned with organizational needs.

- Provide expertise on employee benefits administration, including health and welfare plans,



retirement programs, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and benefits compliance.

- Support client adoption by communicating technical concepts effectively to business and HR stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience leading

SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits implementations.

- Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience

, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.

- Experience integrating Benefits with

Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management

, and third-party benefits platforms.

- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, workforce management, and HR business processes.

- Experience working with large, complex organizations, preferably within unionized and regulated industries

, including utilities.

- Experience managing offshore teams and leading client-facing workshops.

- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Certifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Certification preferred.
