Purpose and Impact Responsible for directing a team to deliver high‑quality packaged beer in bottling, canning and cask operations. Ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently and in compliance with food quality and safety standards. Drive the development of an engaged, high‑performing team focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities - Leadership and performance management: supervise and support a team of 6 to 25 employees through coaching, training and performance management to foster engagement and productivity.

- Identify training needs and collaborate with HR and leadership to implement effective development plans.
- Health, safety and compliance: maintain a safe work environment via audits, safety huddles, and team meetings; lead incident investigations and collaborate with health and safety teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Production operations execution: coordinate labor, materials and equipment to meet production targets safely and on time; support bottling, canning, cask,



sanitation and reconditioning operations to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
- Quality and continuous improvement: monitor operations for compliance with quality standards; resolve deviations with quality assurance team; lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and operational performance.
- Equipment reliability and collaboration: work with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability using root‑cause analysis; collaborate closely with brewing, warehousing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications (Required) - Minimum 5 years experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance, food safety and good manufacturing practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance and foster employee engagement.
- Leadership experience in health and safety, including audits, investigations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with influence and presentation ability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

experience with maintenance systems an asset.

- Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation.

Work Environment Hybrid/On‑site: Position is primarily on the manufacturing floor (≈80%) with the remaining time in an office environment. Rotating shift work is required; personal protective equipment is mandatory in production areas.
