Become the Retention Services Supervisor with KOBE and lead impactful initiatives for student success. Your leadership will significantly influence attendance, retention, and graduation rates across our educational programs. As a vital member of KOBE, you’ll work collaboratively with schools, families, and communities.
You’ll analyze key performance data to guide your culturally responsive initiatives effectively. This role emphasizes partnerships and innovation, aimed at enhancing the educational experience for Indigenous students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initiatives to improve student engagement
- Implement culturally informed success strategies
- Analyze and report on student achievement trends
- Foster collaboration between families and schools
- Lead continuous improvement in student services Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or extensive related experience
- At least five years in student services or education
- Commitment to supporting Indigenous students
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel to remote communities Champion student success at KOBE through creative leadership and community collaboration.
