Supervisor Positions (2)

We are seeking two dedicated staff to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Position 1: Kindergarten/Grade 1 Supervisor The Kindergarten/Grade 1 Supervisor facilitates an engaging early literacy program using a multi-sensory, phonics-based curriculum. Students become acquainted with phonics through animals, songs, stories, and hands-on learning experiences that develop letter sounds, alphabet sequencing, and word relationships. A variety of activities are incorporated to support each child's academic, physical, social, and Christian character development.

Position 2: Grade 2 and Up Supervisor The supervisor helps students progress through individualized learning materials, encourages self-discipline and responsibility, and provides academic and spiritual support.

By offering encouragement, guidance, and accountability, the supervisor helps students achieve their academic goals while supporting their personal and spiritual growth within the structured framework.

Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress, administering and scoring tests, maintaining accurate records, fostering a positive and orderly learning environment, and modelling Christian values and character.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a biblical worldview in learning and relationships.
- Have experience with the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) program as a student, supervisor, or facilitator.
- Have teaching and/or leadership experience in an educational setting.




- Support students through innovative and differentiated instructional practices, including online learning, across multiple subject areas and grade levels.
- Collaborate effectively with board members and support staff to promote a positive and effective learning setting.
- Foster meaningful relationships with staff and students to ensure every student feels connected to the school community.
- Encourage strong parent engagement within a family- and community-centered school environment.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Lead daily devotions and participate in weekly chapel services with the school pastor.
- Participate in academy functions, field trips, and fundraising events.
- Plan and coordinate field trips, life-skills activities, and other student enrichment opportunities.

- Perform Police Information Check/Vulnerable Sector Check

Position Details

- Contract term: August 18, 2026 – June 2, 2027, based on the 2026–2027 school calendar.
- Regular work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Attendance at an in-person training in Calgary from August 24–28, 2026, is required. Reimbursement for eligible expenses will be provided.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
