Supply Chain Technology and Process Analyst (Distribution) Supports efficient and standardized operations across the Distribution Center (DC) network by driving process documentation, standardization, training, master data governance, and technology adoption within DC operations. Works closely with DC teams, Super Users, and IS/IT partners to support day‑to‑day operations, ensure successful implementation of process improvements, and promote consistent use of systems and best practices across the network.
Responsibilities - Map and analyze supply chain workflows: lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture current processes and develop detailed workflow maps identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design, publish, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all critical supply chain activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and continuously updated.
- Develop and maintain knowledge transfer tools to sustain process improvements over time.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for business users on system updates and current processes.
- Champion data integrity and reliability, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across SAP and other systems.
- Monitor and resolve recurring master data errors, implementing preventive measures to reduce disruption and enhance data governance maturity.
- Act as liaison between business users and IS/IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Support testing, piloting, and deployment of system enhancements (e.g., SAP, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, BI tools, RPA).
- Execute month‑end audit processes, validating inventory balances, transaction accuracy, and compliance with controls and procedures.
- Support day‑to‑day DC operations by monitoring inventory movements,
resolving transactional issues, and ensuring accurate execution of operational processes.
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, or System Integration.
- Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong competencies in communication, stakeholder engagement, problem solving, change management, and business acumen.
- Proficiency with supply chain tools and systems, including SAP (ECC, IBP, APO/SNP) or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience working within CPG environments with exposure to commercialization processes.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Commercial operations, focusing on Distribution Center processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Passion for designing and implementing technology‑enabled process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including DC operations, Super Users, and IT partners.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, including experience engaging with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Demonstrated learning agility, with a willingness to take on new challenges and continuously improve.
