Home Instead - Halton provides a variety of non-medical services in private residential homes, retirement homes, long term care and community settings. These services can include but are not limited to; companionship, safety supervision, meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, medication reminders, transportation to medical appointments, functional ADL assistance: personal care assistance - bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting/brief changes, transfers as well as respite care and palliative care. Home Instead PSW's & Care Professionals help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride and compassion.

Duties:

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
- Assisting clients with housekeeping, grocery shopping or other daily errands
- Meal planning and preparation,



assist with feeding if needed
- Observing and reporting on changes in the health or status of the client
- Transporting client to appointments or outings

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
