Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with a strong background in machine learning, generative AI, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have both technical depth and leadership capabilities to architect, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and generative AI systems.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-enabled applications from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define project scope, strategy, and deliverables.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Oversee backend and frontend integration using full-stack technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.
- Ensure best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

- Robust programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, FastAPI, etc.).




- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in developing or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems, with knowledge of LangChain.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
- Experience in system design, API architecture, and microservices development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI systems.
- Previous experience leading small technical teams or projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
